Louws Manifesto

“Increased on-the-job performance.”

That is the motto to which all at Louws adhere.

We have tested, practiced, and literally lived personally with a multitude of training techniques, systems, skills sets, theories and approaches to improving a person’s performance in communications, sales, negotiating, strategic thinking, branding and marketing.

What we have ended up with are only those skills that improve performance. We have dispensed with the others.

There is no room for practice or testing on someone’s career – a career whose success is being put into your hands.

This is why Louws has one of the industry’s most severe and intensive internships around today. Compromise is not tolerated, resulting in only 20% of all trainers making it – where each is on their own dime while being trained.

To be awarded the title of Executive Trainer, one must first go through an arduous 12 – 18 month internship, under Toni Louw’s own tutelage.

We expect every trainer to achieve the same level of result as any other trainer of Louws. Consistent 10’s in students’ ability to perform.

Before trainers learn the skills they will be teaching, they first learn the art of being a teacher, trainer and a coach, skills often assumed by many of our peers in the training industry.

We do not just rely on a trainer’s “charisma” to carry the day. We apply very specific training skills that ensure each and every student leaves a training session both knowing what to do and knowing they can do it.

And thus our tag – making sure that this increase in job performance is demonstrated by a student’s ability to Captive, Convince and Inspire, the three essential ingredients to increased communications performance, be it giving a speech or landing on the right brand position for one’s company.
